Reporting a problem
What to include
The more of this you can tell us, the faster we can fix it:
- Which platform you are playing on — Windows, macOS or Steam Deck
- The version number, shown in the top-left corner of the title screen
- What you were doing when it happened, and whether it happens again if you repeat it
- A screenshot or short clip, if the problem is something you can see
Where your save file lives
Progress and high scores are stored on your own device. If you are asked to send us a save file, or you want to back one up, it is here:
- Windows —
%APPDATA%\Godot\app_userdata\DrpDrv - macOS —
~/Library/Application Support/Godot/app_userdata/DrpDrv - Steam Deck — inside the Proton prefix for the game, under
steamapps/compatdata
On Steam, this folder is also synchronised through Steam Cloud, so a fresh install on another machine should pick your progress back up on its own.
Refunds
If you bought the game on Steam, refunds are handled by Valve through Steam Support, not by us — we have no access to your purchase. Steam's usual terms apply.
Photosensitivity
DrpDrv contains flashing effects, rapid colour changes and moving background patterns. A small number of people may experience seizures when exposed to these. The game shows a health warning on first launch. If you or anyone in your family has a history of epilepsy or seizures, please consult a doctor before playing.
Accessibility
The game supports keyboard, mouse, touch and controller input, and can be played entirely with a gamepad. If there is something that would make DrpDrv playable for you that it does not currently do, please tell us — it is genuinely useful to hear, and small changes are often possible.
